Processing Time



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you by email.



Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates



Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Estimated delivery times:


  • Standard Shipping (USA): 5–12 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–20 business days



Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.



Shipping Confirmation & Tracking



Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.



Customs, Duties & Taxes



PrimePicks is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.



Incorrect Address



Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.



Lost or Stolen Packages



PrimePicks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact your local carrier first.
